Grounding yoga flow
In need of some grounding? Let’s do yoga! Over the past few weeks, I have felt a bit off, not entirely motivated, and lost creativity. As with any new venture, and especially in the blogging world, there are ebb and flow, highs and lows. I have felt, I guess, defeated or maybe feeling more like I don’t have anything to offer this little community, so I have just stopped altogether.
I keep asking myself, “What the heck do you think you are doing?”, “What do you have to offer?”. You know those statements that amplify the fear of living outside of your comfort zone, so you never venture outside the lines. As I learned in the book “The Universe Has Your Back?” we stay with these thoughts and think we are not deserving of creating our own path and future. Well, it’s a trick. You are worthy of all that you want. What would happen if we always lived in those fear statements? What would we let pass us by and be given to another? Here’s where you can purchase the book.
What do you need to move past fear?
Just like the universe knew what I needed to get me past living in fear, this amazing yoga video popped up at the top of my recommendations on my YouTube account. Let me tell you; this is just what I needed to get me back into the swing of things. We may only be at the “I’m just learning how to swing,” but it’s better than not moving at all.
So, if you feel like you need to come back to your core and ignite your inner power (girl, it’s in there 😊), then I highly recommend this video. Just shy under an hour long, it will have you reconnect with your body, feel the fire ignite (it’s a great and somewhat gentle core engager), and bring you back to recognizing that you are a beautiful gift, you have things worth sharing and that you are in control of your destiny.
Flow it out
I know, I know, I’m getting a little deep here, but after this yoga flow, I am starting to feel the fog dissipate, and the fearful thoughts are not as loud. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to re-center and wants to feel their muscles at work. The profoundness I thought after this session was just too good not to share out into the world.
